  • Monitor fermentations and accurately record production data
  • Support keg washing, keg filling, canning-line work, and order prep

  • Attention to detail and pride in clean, careful work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Curiosity about beer, fermentation, and how things work
  • Previous brewery, food production, manufacturing, or cellar experience is an asset — but not required for the right person

What The Job Is Really Like

  • Active, hands-on work
  • Sometimes wet and messy
  • A lot of cleaning and lifting
  • A key part of brewing great beer

What We Offer

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Able to work thoroughly without close supervision
  • Someone who notices what needs doing and takes initiative
