Big Spruce is about to get bigger!

July 14, 2016

We’re very excited to announce our upcoming expansion across the road from our current home!

With the help of ACOA, New Dawn Enterprises and Business Development Bank Canada (BDC) we will be able to continue to create the organic ales with ingredients sourced from local producers that keep our customers coming back for more. We’re bottling!

March 2, 2016

Big Spruce is excited to release our first ever bottled beer!   RA RA Rasputin is an Imperial Stout aged in Glenora Distillery whisky barrels and the result is a fiery warm offering, with deep chocolate and coffee flavours and a vanilla/caramel nose.  It’s available at the brewery in 650ml bombers, and on tap at super select locations in limited quantities.  Get it while you can!

Best enjoyed with a loud dose of Boney M.
